Fearful, Wonder-working Power
Luke 8:26-39

The man from whom the demons had gone begged
that he might be with him, but Jesus sent him away,
saying, "Return to your home, and declare how much
God has done for you." And he went away,
proclaiming throughout the whole city how much
Jesus had done for him.

Hymn Snippet - "Just as I am"
Just as I am, without one plea, But that Thy blood was shed for me. And that Thou Bidd'st me come to Thee - O Lamb of God, I come. Just as I am, and waiting not to rid my soul of one dark blot, to Thee whose blood can cleanse each spot - O Lamb of God, I come!

AND JESUS SAID...

"For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that
whoever believes in him
should not perish but have eternal life. For God did not
send his Son into the world to condemn the world,
but in order that the world might be
saved through him.
Whoever believes in him is not condemned,
but whoever does not believe is condemned already,
because he has not believed in the name of the
only Son of God. And this is the judgment:
the light has come into the world,
and people loved the darkness rather than the
light because their deeds were evil.
For everyone who does wicked things hates the light
and does not come to the light, lest his deeds should be
exposed. But whoever does what is true

comes to the light,
so that it may be clearly seen that his deeds
have been carried out in God."

~ John 3:16-21
